Publisher & producer · AI-native games
Games that play back.
Ammighty is the world's leading publisher for AI-native games. We fund, produce and ship titles built on living characters, generative worlds and agentic systems, and we carry the inference bill so your players never feel it.

Why we exist
The hard part of AI games isn't the model. It's shipping one.
Prototypes with talking characters are easy. A game that runs for a million players at 200ms, holds a T-rated tone at 3am, costs less to serve than it earns, and passes certification on three platforms is not.
That gap is where most AI-native games die. Ammighty was built to close it: a publisher with its own runtime, its own inference contracts and a production team that has shipped live games for a decade. You make the game. We make it shippable, profitable and visible.

The slate
Now in development
Low Tide Courier
Run parcels across a tidal archipelago where every villager remembers what you promised, and what you broke.
Paper Senate
Pass one law through a hundred senators who negotiate, filibuster and betray on their own.
Hollowmere
A forest that learns your party's habits and quietly adjusts its predators, weather and paths.
Deal terms, in public
No mystery splits. No clawbacks.
Most publishers make you sign an NDA to see their terms. Ours are on the website. Negotiation happens around budget and scope, not around whether you get paid.

“Every other publisher asked how we'd cut the AI costs. Ammighty asked what the characters needed to remember, then built the cost model around that.”

What is an AI-native game?
A game whose core loop depends on a model at runtime: characters that understand free-form speech, worlds that are generated or rewritten as you play, or agents that pursue goals without a script. If you could remove the model and the game would still basically work, it's AI-assisted, not AI-native. Read our full definition.
Do you only publish games built with AI?
We only publish games where AI is the reason the game is fun. We don't publish games that use generative models to cut corners on art or writing that players can see, and we require human-authored creative direction on every title.
How much funding do you offer?
Publishing deals run from $250k for a vertical slice to $12M for a full production. Most first deals land between $600k and $3M. Inference costs for the first 24 months after launch are covered separately and never recouped against your revenue.
Who owns the IP?
You do. Always. We license publishing rights for a fixed term; sequels, adaptations and the underlying technology stay with the studio.
How long until I hear back on a pitch?
Ten business days for a first response, from a producer who has played your build. If we pass, we tell you why.
Do you work with first-time studios?
Yes. About a third of our slate is from teams shipping their first commercial game. We care about the prototype, not the CV.
Got a game that talks back?
Send us a build, a deck or a two-minute video. A producer, not an inbox, reads every pitch and replies within 10 business days.
